Saturday, February 25,  Bishop Lynch Students competed in the Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair at Fair Park in Dallas.  Four of our students won awards.  Haley Howe placed in the Engineering Mechanics section with her 3D printed prosthetic arm.  Grace Turner placed in Plant Sciences with her study of the non-steroidal pain killers effects on plants,  Cati Cobra also placed in Plant Sciences with her study of the effect of carbon dioxide on algae, and Sharon Volpe placed in Behavioral Sciences with her study of distractions in humans as they are trying to concentrate.
